Design and fit-out for Shane Delia’s Maha restaurant in Melbourne. Shane came to Eatscape with the vision of redesigning his kitchen to maximise operational efficiencies and create a space for his team to take their creativity to the next level. The final kitchen is a seamless commercial workspace that plays a major part in the award-winning dishes it produces daily.
